Almost the exact duplication of the average Frankland River vintage, steady warm days and nights refreshed from Southern Ocean breezes. Batches of Chardonnay were harvested cold at night before gentle pressing for settling. Juice was then racked to ferment with a portion being fermented in new French oak. Lees stirring is undertaken to encourage the development of texture and the end result is a style that is varietal and supported by a hint of oak.
