From estate vineyards in the Colchagua Valley where the grapes benefit from diurnal temperatures to retain a refreshing, natural acidity.

Deep ruby red with intense notes of red and black fruit, especially berries such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackcurrants, which intermingle with notes of black pepper, caramel, tobacco and chocolate. Full-bodied, with great structure, balanced acidity and ripe tannins. Long, fruity and persistent in the finish. 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Syrah.

Vintage conditions

The 2018 vintage was a fresh vintage with moderate temperatures. The grapes matured slowly which allowed a balanced development, resulting in elegant wines.

Vinification details

After a pre-fermentative, low-temperature maceration to bring out the maximum colour and aromas, the must was fermented in stainless steel tanks. 70% of the wine was aged for 10 months in French oak before blending took place, and then bottle aged for 3 months.
