Tasting note
An easy-drinking, yet elegant wine with fabulous juicy red-berry flavours that can only come from well-nurtured sun-ripened grapes, gently crushed, slowly fermented and quietly matured. The label depicts the Nguni cattle that graze the Darling region of South Africa.
Vinification details
Grapes were crushed at full phenolic ripeness, evaluated with continual taste assessment. Whole bunch fermented and then slow fermented at 20°. Malolactic inoculated.
