Vinification details
To ensure an array of layered fruit flavours and to capture freshness, only the free run juice is used and ferment was colder than usual. The wine is stored on fine lees for a couple of months allowing it to develop a luxurious texture and good length before being bottled young for a fresh crisp finish.

To ensure an array of layered fruit flavours and capture freshness, only free run juice is used and fermentation at a colder temperature than usual. Blended from selected tanks, the wine remains on fine lees until shipment for bottling to ensure crisp freshness.

Packed with upfront tropical fruit, the nose charms with an abundance of guava and gooseberries. The pallets follows through with fruit flavours, balanced by a crisp acid to ensure a fresh and fruity style of wine.
Vinification details
Only free run juice was used. After settling and acid adjustment, it was inoculated with selected yeast. Cold Fermentation was used to capture upfront fruit flavours. Blended from selected tanks the wine remains on fine lees until shipment for bottling to ensure fruit freshness.

Harvest took place in mid-January, with the grapes coming in at 23° Balling. Only free run juice was used for this wine; after settling and acid adjustment, it was inoculated with selected yeast. Fermentation was colder than usual to capture upfront fruit flavours. Two specially-selected tanks were blended and bottled early to enjoy as fresh as possible.
