Tasting note
Appealing onion skin colour with opulent aromas of Turkish delight, strawberries and rose water. Elegant palate with lingering red berry flavours. 40% Syrah, 30% Pinot Noir & 30% Grenache
Vinification details
The grapes were harvested at 20˚B in the early morning to maintain the night temperature. It was then whole bunch pressed under reductive conditions and allowed minimal skin contact. The juice was cold settled for 24h before being cold fermented in a stainless-steel. It was then aged for 4 months on fine lees before being stabilized and bottled.

Appealing salmon-tinged colour with sumptuous red berries and a lively acidity. A blend of 78% Syrah, 22% Grenache.
Vinification details
The Syrah was harvested at 19.2˚B in the early morning to maintain the overnight temperature. It was then whole bunch pressed and not allowed any skin contact. The juice was cold settled for 48 hours before being cold fermented in a stainless-steel tank. The free run juice from the Grenache was racked with less than 2 hours’ skin contact and allowed to ferment at low temperatures to maintain the delicate fruit structure. After aging on the fine lees for 3 months, the Syrah and Grenache were blended to achieve the perfect balance of fruit and freshness.

Coral pink colour with enticing aromas of crushed red berries. On the palate the vibrant acidity and textures tantalise the taste buds before the beautifully dry and balanced finish. A blend of 56% Syrah, 44% Grenache.

After aging on the fine lees for 5 months, the Syrah and Grenache were blended to achieve the perfect balance of fruit and freshness.

After aging on the fine lees for 6 months, the Syrah and Grenache were blended to achieve the perfect balance of fruit and freshness.
