Tasting note
Bright aromas of citrus and juicy pear. On the palate flavours of fresh quince and crisp golden apple blend seamlessly with hints of spice. The bouquet is followed by a rich mouth-filling texture enhanced by an appetising acidity, dry with a mineral finish.

Vinification details
Machine picked and destemmed in the vineyard then gently pressed in the winery. 15% is barrel fermented in old French oak barriques and the remaining 85% in stainless steel tank. 100% is lees aged for 5 months.
