Guardian Peak's Merlot comes from a range of climates, from Mediterranean in Stellenbosch to more arid coastal regions, each giving unique characteristics.
Expressive on the nose, with ripe damson plums, cherries and soft nutmeg spice. Refined, mouth-coating tannins balance well with rich fruit flavours of plum and raspberry coulis. Notes of molasses and roasted thyme create complexity.

Guardian Peak's Merlot comes from a range of climates, from Mediterranean in Stellenbosch to more arid coastal regions, each giving unique characteristics.
Bold red fruit on the nose, cranberry and pomegranate with thyme. Juicy combination of fig, red currant and black plums on the palate balances with savoury flavours of tobacco, cedar, and liquorice. Soft, silky tannins with a medium body and hints of milk chocolate on the finish.
