A bouquet of honeysuckle and lemon followed by a sherbet edge. Fresh pineapple and white peach fill out the flavours giving the wine a light, summer feel.
Vinification details
Fruit is picked overnight to retain fresh fruit flavours and acid balance. Oxidative processed, lightly pressed and racked before fermenting with a selected yeast in stainless steel. The grapes were grown on the Gemtree Vineyard in McLaren Vale.

Vintage conditions
Starting early March, the 2018 vintage can be defined by the even ripening that lead to great fermentation conditions. The grapes entered the winery at a steady pace with excellent colour and breadth of flavour shown as soon as the fruit was first crushed.
