Sunshine Hill Shiraz, Golden Amrita
Paying homage to the brightness of the sunshine in the Barossa valley and 'Sunny Hill' relating to the gaelic meaning for the nearby town of 'Greenock'.
Deep rich colour. A rich aroma of blackberry and plum fruit characters, sweet cedar oak spice and a hint of aniseed. The palate is richly flavoured with ripe fruits, dark chocolate and liquorice characters and some sweet oak flavours leading to a long finish of firm powdery tannins.

TIME IN OAK
Individual sections of each vineyard are harvested separately and fermented in small open fermenters. Following fermentation the batches are basket pressed into predominantly used, and some new French and American oak barrels where it matures for 18 months
