Mount Barker Riesling, Capel Vale

The Whispering Hill Vineyard in Mount Barker provides perfect growing conditions for Riesling. The vines, overlooking the Porongurup Mount Ranges to the north east are over thirty years old and produce fruit of great intensity & complexity.

Orange blossom, lemon curd and elderflower on the nose. A rich palate with wet river stone notes and rock salt acidity.
