Vinification details
Fruit was picked from Bremerton’s Langhorne Creek vineyard. After fermenting in open top fermenters, the wine was pressed to oak and aged on lees for four months. The natural concentration of anthocyanin (colour) helps preserve this fresh and vibrant wine. Selected barrels were carefully gravity-racked to blend then sent to bottle young to capture the vibrancy.
