The 2020 is an excellent example of premium Langhorne Creek Shiraz, showing intensity of rich fruit flavours and elegant integrated oak, creating a well-structured, delicious, complex wine.
Vinification details
Each parcel of Shiraz is assessed, and only the most outstanding selected for Old Adam. The concentrated, high quality parcels of fruit were then fermented in open vats and matured for 20-22 months in new and seasoned specifically-selected, extra fine grain American and French oak. An additional 12 months’ maturation in bottle allows full integration of oak and fruit tannin.
